Return & Cancellation Policy

At Lauren Adelaide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we offer a fair and transparent solution based on the date of delivery — not the date of purchase.

Return Period

Returns are possible within 30 days from the date of delivery.

When is a return or refund possible?

Cancel Order:
Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If you placed an order for an item that is out of stock, it will be automatically canceled and refunded. For all other cancellations, please contact us promptly at hello@lauren-adelaide.com.

Wrong Item Received:
If you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the item received, and a description of the issue.

Item Arrived Damaged:
If your order arrived damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Include clear photos of:

  • The damaged or defective item
  • The original packaging and shipping label

Items reported after this timeframe may no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Manufacturing Defect (Warranty):
We offer a 30-day warranty from the delivery date for manufacturing defects. Please send us:

  • Photos or videos of the defect
  • A short description of the issue
  • Your order number

Each case will be reviewed individually.

Change of Mind or Wrong Size/Color:
Returns due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size, color, or change of mind) are accepted if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

Return shipping costs in such cases are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Items:
Items purchased at a discount (sale items) are not eligible for refunds. You may return them in original condition (with tags attached) for a 100% store credit.

Custom or Personalized Items:
Custom-made or personalized products can only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged.


How does the return process work?

  1. Contact us by email at hello@lauren-adelaide.com with: your order number, the reason for return and photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
  2. We will send you return instructions and the return address.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including: the return form (if provided) and a copy of your proof of purchase
  4. Use a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer. We are not liable for lost or stolen returns.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account
  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees
